How to order
1) Choose print preferences and ribbon option. 2) Add your personalization requests in the personalization box. 3) Click "Add to Cart" and complete checkout. 4) Verify your shipping address and payment details to avoid delays. If you need assistance with a custom layout, message us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility.
Rush orders and production
An express production option is available for faster processing; add the express listing to your order if you require an accelerated timeline. Rush production shortens turnaround but does not change carrier transit time.
Care and color
To preserve the printed surface, display the ornament indoors and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Monitor and slight color variation can occur between screens and the actual product due to photography lighting and monitor settings.
Custom orders
Custom designs are welcome. Contact us before ordering to discuss new artwork or unique personalization requests so we can confirm we can produce your design.
Packaging and gift readiness
Each ornament is packaged to minimize movement during shipping and arrives ready to gift unless you request a proof or additional customization.
Shipping, returns, and contact
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations as standard practice, but please contact us promptly if you experience any problem with your order so we can assist. For questions or custom requests, use the "Message Seller" button next to the price.
