FAQ

Q: Will I receive a proof of the engraving?

A: Proofs are available by request and are not automatically included. To request a proof, leave a note with your personalization when ordering; we will hold your order until you approve the design, which may add review time.

Q: Will the wood and engraving look exactly like the photos?

A: Natural wood varies in grain and coloring, and engraving may appear lighter or darker across the grain. These natural variations create a unique look for each piece. Screen settings and lighting can also affect perceived color.

Q: Can I request different wording or a custom layout?

A: Yes. Include your preferred wording in the personalization box for small changes. For substantial design changes or a completely new layout, please message the seller before ordering to confirm that your request is possible.

Q: What if I make a mistake in the personalization?

A: We use the personalization details you provide, so please review spelling and capitalization carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact the seller as soon as possible.
