Rush orders and custom requests
If you need express production, an express production option is available; please add the express listing to your order. Custom design requests are welcome — contact DashingFoxCo before ordering so we can confirm feasibility and timing for a custom newborn memento or unique equestrian theme layout.
Care and display
Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust; avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged moisture to protect the printed finish. The printed wood surface is intended for indoor holiday displays, tree use, and nursery decor rather than outdoor exposure.

FAQ
Q: Can I request a custom horse illustration or layout for a personalized holiday gift?
A: Yes — I love custom designs. Please contact DashingFoxCo before ordering to discuss your custom newborn memento or equestrian-theme concept so we can confirm production.
Q: Will my ornament come with ribbon for hanging?
A: Ribbon is optional; select your ribbon choice from the dropdown when you order. The 3.5 inch round ornament works well with narrow ribbon or twine for farmhouse holiday styling.

A: Yes, express production is offered. Add the express option to your order as instructed in the listing to expedite production and shipping.
Q: Do you offer proofs of the personalized design?
A: Proofs are not provided by default to prevent delays, but we will send a proof if you request one in your personalization notes; production will wait until you approve the proof.
Q: What if the name or wording is entered incorrectly?
A: Because ornaments are personalized and printed exactly as provided, please double-check spelling and capitalization before checkout. Contact DashingFoxCo immediately if you notice an error so we can advise on available options.
