Personalization & how to order
Enter the name and preferred wording exactly in the personalization box during checkout. Specify whether you want “First Christmas,” “Christmas,” and the year. Example formatting helps ensure accuracy: for example, Charlotte Rose / First Christmas / 2026. Select print preference and ribbon color from the dropdown menus, then add the ornament to your cart and verify personalization and shipping details before completing checkout.
Production, proofs, and rush orders
Designs are printed using inks formulated not to peel or fade; prints are applied to wood as stated. Standard orders are produced without a digital proof to avoid delays, but you may request a proof at checkout if you prefer to approve the layout before production — note that requesting a proof may extend production time. If you need faster handling, an express production option is available; add the express listing to your order: https://www.etsy.com/listing/498793304.
Care and display
Handle the wooden ornament gently and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture to preserve colors. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. The ornament is sized and finished for short-term display on a holiday tree, nursery accent, or seasonal hanging charm and is intended as a personalized heirloom for celebrations and keepsakes.
