FAQ
Q: Can I request a proof before you engrave my personalized ornaments?

Q: Will the engraved holiday tag look exactly like the photos?
A: Natural wood varies in grain and color, and engraving may appear lighter or darker across the wood. Lighting and screen settings also affect how ribbons and wood tones appear. These natural differences create a unique custom wood decor piece.
Q: Can I change the wording or layout for a first christmas tag?
A: Include your preferred wording in the personalization box for simple changes. For substantial design changes or a fully custom layout, please message us before ordering so we can confirm options.
Q: What if I need the ornament faster for a baby shower present or last-minute baby stocking stuffer?
A: Express production is offered through the referenced rush listing to speed creation; choose expedited shipping at checkout if you need faster delivery. Contact us with timing questions and we’ll help determine the best option.
Q: Do you accept returns on personalized ornaments?
A: Personalized orders are typically final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If an issue arises, contact us and we will work to resolve the problem.
