Care and storage
Keep the ornament away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight to preserve wood tone and engraving contrast. Store flat in a cool, dry place between seasons to maintain the laser etched plaque detail and ribbon condition.
Packaging and gift readiness
Each ornament arrives ready to tuck into a stocking or include with a card. Natural variations in wood grain and engraving tone make each piece unique and add character to the keepsake gift.
Returns and support
Personalized orders are final; we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom engraving. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can assist. Use the “Message Seller” button for questions or to request custom work.
FAQ
Q: Can I request a proof before engraving?
A: Yes — request a proof in the personalization box and we’ll hold your order until you approve the layout. Allow extra time for proof review and revisions.
Q: Will my ornament look exactly like the photos?
A: Natural wood varies in grain and color, and engraving contrast may look lighter or darker across the grain. Lighting and screen settings can also affect appearance.
Q: Can I change the wording or request a different layout?
A: Simple wording changes can be entered in the personalization box. For substantial design changes or a new layout, message us before ordering so we can confirm the custom design.
