Care and materials
The ornament is laser-cut from wood and printed with inks designed not to peel or fade under normal display conditions. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture; wipe gently with a dry cloth. The lightweight design makes it suitable for delicate branches and nursery hooks.
Custom designs and returns
Custom wood tag styles and alternate artwork are available by request—please contact the seller before ordering custom designs so we can confirm feasibility. Because ornaments are personalized, we do not accept returns or cancellations, but please message us if there is any issue and we will work to resolve it.
FAQ

A: Yes — select the express production option at checkout for faster processing; this speeds production but does not change carrier transit times.
Q: Will colors match my screen?
A: We use high-quality inks, but monitor color settings and lighting can cause slight variations; expect minor differences between on-screen images and the finished ornament.
Q: Can you create a different woodland christmas design?
A: Absolutely—contact us with your custom request before ordering so we can discuss artwork, pricing, and production time.
