FAQ
Will I receive a proof?
Proofs are available by request and are not automatic. To request a proof, leave a note with your personalization when ordering; we’ll hold your order until you approve the design, so allow extra time for review.
Will the wood and engraving look exactly like the photos?
Natural wood varies in grain and color, and engraving tone may be lighter or darker across the grain. These natural variations give each custom wood decoration its character. Lighting and screen settings can also affect color perception.
Can I change wording or request different design elements?
Yes. Include preferred wording in the personalization box. For substantial layout changes or a full custom engraved santa decor, please contact us before ordering to confirm the request.
