Production and rush orders
Standard production times apply unless express production is added. If you need your ornament sooner, add the express production option provided by the seller. Contact DashingFoxCo before ordering custom designs to confirm feasibility.
Care and handling
Handle the wood holiday decor with care to avoid scratches. Color and appearance can vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography lighting. Because designs are printed with durable inks, normal display and storage preserve the finished print.

Custom safari gift requests are welcome; contact the seller to discuss new designs. For coordinating personalized ornaments or additional baby keepsakes, visit DashingFoxCo on Etsy to view related listings and complete a gift set.
Policies and notes
Please review personalization carefully; ornaments are created exactly from the entered text. The seller requests that buyers contact them if there are any issues with an order. The listing notes that returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted, so communication before and after purchase is encouraged.
FAQ
Q: Can I request a custom safari design?
A: Yes — DashingFoxCo accepts custom design requests. Please message the seller before ordering so they can confirm whether your custom safari gift can be created.
Q: Will I get a proof of my customized baby gift before printing?
A: Standard orders do not include a proof to prevent delays, but you may request a proof along with your personalization. If you request a proof, production will not continue until you approve, and this may extend processing time.
Q: Is there an option to rush my newborn gift?
A: Yes — an express production option is available to speed up production; add the express listing to your order as instructed by the seller.
Q: How should I enter the name and year for my first xmas memento?
A: Enter the name and any wording exactly as you want it printed in the personalization box. Include whether you want “First Christmas,” “Christmas,” and the specific year.
Q: What if the printed color looks different from my screen?
A: Monitor and lighting variations can affect perceived color. The seller uses high-quality inks, but slight differences between screen images and the finished wood holiday decor are possible. Contact DashingFoxCo with questions or concerns.
